2001 Honda Civic burning oil and shakes between 2000 and 3000 rpm before VTEC turns om, why? - piston ring problems
I am sure his piston ring is a problem, but I checked the spark and no oil in them. Also clean the cat thought it was the pressure again, but in vain. If it is burning oil, then it is almost always ringing, either due to wear of the engine or cylinder wall. The average reconstruction.
If this is simply not bad enough, a problem, but is clearly visible in traffic. I throw in a box of magic, have the oil, clean the rear bumper so it looks like it was burning oil and sell it to the next small change.
