Telephone Extension Socket Do I Have To Use Openreach To Install A Telephone Extension Line?

Do I have to use Openreach to install a telephone extension line? - telephone extension socket

Looking to get an extension of the 100 yards from my telephone / broadband. Is there an alternative to Openreach to do so quickly.

No, I have to use Openreach. Any company can install an extension after the main valve (NTE5). You can do it or install a local electrician for cabling. What has really the length of the extension. 100mts

I suspect they are in the UK and is a customer of BT for the use of the word Openreach ..

You can buy extension cords and plugs for perhaps the Tesco.

For instructions to be included to connect.

If all else fails, you can get a double adapter and an extension.

Hope this helps

Anyone can install electrical extension after the main valve, you do not need to use Openreach.Look ads in local newspapers, it is usually ex-BT engineers, advertising jobs
